What is your minimum order?

Minimum of 25 pairs. You can buy any quantity above 25 pairs

Can I choose sizes and Colors ?

YES you can! Now you can mix and match all styles, sizes and colors in 25 pairs.

Do I have to buy in boxes of 25 pairs?

NO. The minimum order is 25 pairs per style. You can order any quantity above that (26,27....)

What shipping company do you utilize?

We utilize UPS ground or any other alternative shipping company works better for you. Call in advance to make arrangements.

What is the estimated time for shipping?

We estimate you order will be shipped from our facilities within 2– 7 business days. Except customized flip-flops (please check delivery time on their description) tracking number will be given to you.

Where are you located?

Our office is located in Pembroke Pines, FL. Wherehouse is located in Pensacola, FL.

If I order through the website can I personally pick up my order?

Can I have my logo on the flip-flops?

Yes, we also manufacture personalized flip-flops. We not only print your own logo, but can also print any picture on the foot bed of the flip-flop. We can make any color . The minimum quantity for personalized flip-flops is 3,000 pairs.

What is your return policy?

Any damage of quality will receive a full refund of purchase price on the damaged flip-flop, within 30 days of the day of the purchase. Buyer pays for shipping on returns. Click Here to Read Our Return Policy

Capacity of shipping per day?

500 cases per day. (12,500 pairs per day)

Yes! We're a confirmed paypal and Google Checkout seller. Paypal uses 128 bit encryption (the highest commercially available) to secure all credit card transactions during the payment part of processing.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, please contact us for international shipping rate.

What are the colors and sizes in a case?

Please check style for assortment. Sizes vary according to statistical sales. In some cases not all color variations can fit into one box.
* the pink ribbon style has same color per case(25 pairs) with mixed sizes.

What is special about your flip-flops ?

We use real rubber whereas most sandals on the market today are made from different forms of plastic, due to its cheaper price. Rubber is more comfortable and more durable.
