Our Exchange, Return and Refund Policy:
We are dedicated to consistently supplying you with high-quality products. It is our desire that you be completely satisfied with every product you purchase. The color of products online can vary greatly depending on the monitor they are viewed through, resolution, etc.
We will accept returns only when the products are defective.
Please contact us before returning any merchandise. Customer is responsible to ship any items they deem defective back to us and if upon inspection they are found to be defective the customer will be given the option of having the items replaced or receiving a refund. If the products returned are found to be non-defective then the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs incurred to return them to the customer.
Caririsflipflops.com must give prior authorization for all returns. Authorization will include directions on shipping and address of location where returns should be sent. Items shipped to the processing office will not be accepted, as warehouse processes orders from a different location. Returns will only be accepted within 15 days of purchase. Returns must be unworn and in the condition you received them, and in the original packaging (inside plastic bag, with original size tag, and uncut security loop).
In the event your order is incorrect, either wrong size or color, Caririsflipflops.com will accept the return and replace or refund (customer’s choice) the item and ship the replacement to you at no charge. The replacement will be sent with UPS standard 3-5 day ground service. If customer needs the replacement faster, shipping service can be upgraded at customer’s cost.
As the customer, you are responsible for providing us with correct shipping information and you will be responsible for paying for secondary shipping charges, if product has to be re-sent. Caririsflipflops.com will not refund shipping charges or service charges (including Paypal or Google Checkout fees) related to any order. Caririsflipflops.com will not be responsible for unclaimed merchandise after it has been shipped.
CaririsFlipFlops is not responsible for any shipment using USPS. The Parcel Post Service from USPS does not provide tracking number and does not guarantee transit time. We strongly suggest our clients to not use USPS services.
Orders damaged in shipment should remain in their original packaging. Please contact us immediately and as much description as possible should be provided about the damage to the shipment. The customer should retain the original box so that a shipping representative may see it if he/she comes by to inspect damage.
